Shortly after starting my chiropractic practice out of my first home in Wantagh in 1982, I received a call from Linda who was complaining of neck pain. Linda and Mitch lived around the corner from my home office. Although our initial relationship was professional, we found much in common, having young children and both Mitch and I operating our practices in town. This began our long and loving relationship lasting all these years.. Through the years, we socialized with our greatest mutual joy being boating. Linda was an incredible "first mate" to Mitch on his numerous boats. She was his calming influence. Although I must say I was a bit sad when Mitch informed me back in 2016, he and Linda were moving to Colorado, it made perfect sense knowing Linda grew up there and they both yearned for a more peaceful existence. I was happy knowing they loved their new home and lives and happy now that Linda spent her last few years there, close to her sister and brother-in-law. I will always remember Linda as a loving and gentle woman, dedicated to her family, friends and faith. I pray that Mitch, Eric, Marcy, Karen and Dan find peace and strength knowing Linda lived a wonderful life and she is in a better place.
All Our Love, Rick and Anne Scher
