Obituary of Sandra Goralnik
Sandra Joan Goralnik (née Reingold) born on October 14, 1927, predeceased by her beloved husband Barry (d. 2001), hip, glamorous daughter Julie (d. 2008), brilliant son Gary (d. 2020), and extraordinary daughter-in-law Cynthia (d. 2015); survived by her magnetic sister Brenda Mason and adoring grandchildren Nathan, Sara, and Harry Goralnik, who called her "Nana." An impeccable host and generous to a fault, Sandy was like family to a wide social circle who knew her kindness and irresistible charm. Sandy's long life radiated energy and joy shared with her friends and grandchildren. Her rockstar smile and delicious laugh were a treat to those who loved her; Sandy was unfailingly elegant and as charitable as she was frugal. A graveside service will be held at Congregation Emanuel Cemetery on Thursday, September 3rd, at 12:00 p.m. MDT and will be viewable on Feldman Mortuary's YouTube Channel
A message to the Community:
The antidote to loss is connection. Unfortunately, during this pandemic, connection is limited and is leaving grieving families isolated in the midst of mourning.
In the absence of attending the funeral or paying a Shiva and Condolence Call, please consider leaving condolences and/or memories for the family and friends of Sandra by clicking on the Tribute Wall Tab
For a grieving family, sharing stories of how that person impacted you is a special way to keep those memories of their loved one alive. It also helps to pass along the values, wisdom, and even humor of these lost loved ones. This type of sharing will show your support to the family members as well as other friends as you collectively mourn the loss of this special person.
